Q. How do I purchase tickets on EventRight Pro?
A. Browse any event from the home or events directory, choose your desired ticket tier and quantity, enter attendee details, and complete your secure checkout via credit/debit card, PayPal, or digital wallet.
Q. How will I receive my ticket and QR code?
A. Immediately after booking, your confirmation and digital QR tickets will be accessible in your account dashboard under "My Tickets" and sent directly to your registered email address.
Q. What is the refund and cancellation policy?
A. Refund policies are set by individual event organizers. If an event is cancelled or rescheduled by the host, automatic full refunds are processed back to your original payment method.
Q. Can I transfer my ticket to someone else?
A. Yes, you can transfer your ticket by providing the recipient's name and email in your ticket details view before the event start time.
Q. How can I register as an Event Organizer?
A. Click "Sign In", select "Register as Organizer", complete your organization profile and payment preferences, and you can begin publishing and selling tickets immediately.
